The individual details of each payment record contained within a report can include any or all of the following fields:-

Merchant ID
Purchase Order Number
Transaction Type
Log Time
Bank Transaction ID
Pan (abbreviated credit card number)
Credit Card Type
Expiry Date
Response Code
ResponseText
Refund Flag
Preauthorisation Code
Amount

The amount of the payment can be formatted in any way you specify, for example, $12.50 can be displayed as "$12.50", "000000001250", "+1250" or  "1250CR".

Daily Transactions Reporting

SecurePay will email you each day a list of all payment transactions paid during the preceding day.

The payment report will be in ASCII text file format. The file can be opened and viewed in any text editor such as NotePad or alternately the file can be imported into most off the shelf spreadsheet and accounting packages.

The reports are fully customisable to your specific needs and system requirements. Some of the typical customisation requirements include:-

1. details of each payment record can be set out within the report in columns with each column set  to a fixed width
2. details of each payment record can be separated or delimited by a character
3. reports can be set with specific header and footer lines
4. reports can contain the total number and value of transactions
