Online Management
The Online merchant log in is similar to an online banking web site. It’s made available to all clients signing up to a SecurePay payment service and provides the client with the ability to manage their payment services. It contains a number of additional ways of receiving payments such as by uploading batch files, setting up recurring payments and taking one off payments. We summarise the capabilities of the Online merchant log in as follows:-
- search for transactions by transaction date, settlement date, card or direct entry type, transaction reference, card number, currency, transaction result or amount
- bank reconciliation
- down load daily reports
- take a one off payment from your client
- perform a one off pre-auth for a payment from your client
- set up recurring payments from your client from their credit card, charge card or via direct debit
- upload batch files for taking multiple payments from multiple clients
- set up DDA’s (direct debit authorities) for direct debit payments from your clients
- manage your account settings including setting up user profiles with hierarchy based access
All reports generated and search results created within the Online merchant log in can either be displayed on screen, be printed or be exported to an excel spreadsheet using one click selection buttons.
