Phone payments enable your bills and invoices to be paid via an automated telephone service (IVR or Interactive Voice Response).
Your customers call either your 13,1300 or 1800 payment service and use their Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Diners Cards. Alternatively, they can trigger a payment from their nominated Cheque or Savings Account using Customer Initiated Direct Debit.
All you have to do is print the phone number on your invoice. You can include this as one of your payment alternatives. A typical wording could be:-

Payments are reported using a customised remittance file and via the Merchant Login.
The system is fully hosted by SecurePay in our PCI DSS compliant environments and we provide all of the telephony connections. This means that there is no complex hardware or software maintenance requirements for you to manage.
