How to order an SSL Certificate


    1. Complete our Order Form and return it to SecurePay.
    2. Ask your hosting company or IT department to generate a 2048 bit Certificate Signing Request (CSR) for the URL to be secured.

      Example CSR:

    3. Email the CSR unchanged to ssl@securepay.com.au.
    4. SecurePay will process the SSL Certificate request.
    5. A Verification Email will be sent to the Technical Contact email address requesting approval to generate the SSL Certificate.
    6. Upon selecting Approval from within the Verification email, your SSL certificate will be emailed to you.
    7. Provide your certificate to your hosting company or IT department for installation.
    8. Start using your new SSL Certificate for secure web pages.
