October, 2002
eSec Ltd enters into an agreement to sell its internet payment gateway business to SecurePay, including its merchant customer base, technology, and business name of eSec Payments Gateway.
SecurePay's Direct Entry product is completed and released into the growing range of products available. This allows consumers to pay for goods and services directly from their bank account, rather than a credit card.

September, 2002
BankWest becomes a SecurePay Business Partner, choosing us as their primary e-commerce provider for its expanding list of merchants.

July, 2002
On the 1st of the month, SecurePay commence their service of Internet and IVR products for Coles Myer billers. SecurePay's entire product range, including a customised online reporting system, is available to Coles Myer customers, who may now take advantage of lower Merchant Service Fees, thanks to the Coles Myer name.

April, 2002
SecurePay signs a heads of agreement with Coles Myer to provide the Coles Bill Payment Service with telephone and Internet bill payment capability.

October, 2001
Laurence Webb, former vice president and managing director of Interact Commerce Corporation, joins SecurePay as CEO.

June, 2001
Cashcard Australia purchased a key stake in Securepay. This opportunity provides Cashcard with the ability to enhance its service offering to include Internet solutions, as well as position the company well in this rapidly growing e-payments market.
The Electronic Bill Presentation product is released, eliminating the need for customers to receive paper bills.
SecurePay's new website is released, offering customers more information on services and products offered. The Secure Merchant Login Area will soon be updated to provide enhanced online features to existing merchants.

Mastercard implement new security feature-- a Card Verification Value. SecurePay upgrades servers to allow merchants to use this new antifraud device.

SecurePay's Automated System Monitoring commences, watching all components of our online payment system 24 hours a day.
Encryption strength is upgraded to 1024-bit PKI encryption.

December, 2000
SecurePay installs a link to Commonwealth Bank through FDRA, and connects all customers to the new service.

SecurePay adds Currency Conversion and Antifraud Services to its growing range of products.
