For local government, SecureBill now allows
payment of Animal Registrations online and via IVR, including
verification of payments with a merchant's own database.
Animal registration data can be extracted
from your animals database, and uploaded to our SecureBill
Database through an easy-to-use web interface called the 'Biller
Login'.
Our system validates this data and stores
it in the SecureBill database. This system allows a single
notice to be sent to each household, containing details of
all their pets to be registered. The customer can then select
which animals to pay (i.e. animals which have died or are
no longer at the address need not be paid). The system then
adds the total amount to pay, and accepts a credit card payment
for this amount.
The council then receives a file each
morning containing a list of animal numbers which have been
paid, and this can be reconciled with their own database.
