SecureBatch is ideal for merchants wishing to process credit card transactions in bulk during off-peak hours.

Merchants wishing to use this method simply collate their daily transaction details into one text file, either manually or extracted directly from their database, formatted in the SecurePay-specified format.

This file is then uploaded to SecurePay's server by logging in to the Secure Merchant Login Webpage, selecting the file from your computer, and clicking a button. The file is encrypted using 128-bit encryption, and uploaded to SecurePay's server.

Each midnight, SecurePay's Batch Processor collects the files that have been uploaded that day and begins processing the transactions one-by-one through SecurePay's Payment Server. At this time there is less load on the system from regular real time transactions.

The merchant's bank returns a response for each transaction which is then stored in SecurePay's database. These response codes, and other payment details, are then e-mailed to a designated e-mail address every morning at 3:00, along with any other transactions that merchant has put through any of SecurePay's systems the previous day.

SecureBatch is fast and can even be automated through your system. It is a good alternative for merchants who do not wish to, or cannot, process transactions in real time.
