The Secure Merchant Login provides online access to many important SecurePay services to all merchants at all times.

Merchants can use the free services offered via the Merchant Login simply by clicking the "Merchant Login" icon to the left of this page, or from anywhere within the SecurePay Website.

Features supported via the Merchant Login site include:

  • Access to compile transaction reports and view transaction details;
  • Perform Refunds and Reversals of transactions;
  • Download the latest software components and documentation;
  • Provide merchant feedback to any department within SecurePay;
  • Add, remove, and view Periodic Payments (for SercurePeriodic users);
  • Upload Batch files for processing each night (for SecureBatch users);
  • Configure your sales staff's mobile phone numbers (for SecureMobile users);
  • Configure extra users and groups for the Secure Merchant Login;
  • Configure your company contact details in SecurePay's database;
  • Pay your SecurePay account with your company credit card;
  • View Frequently Asked Questions on most of SecurePay's payment products.

Upon signing up with SecurePay, you will be given a password to enable access. Once you log in for the first time, you may change this password to suit your needs.

This password should be kept secret to the e-commerce administrator of your company, and will access all areas of the Secure Merchant Login Website. A separate password can be configured from within the site, to allow other departments in your company to access a subset of available features, ensuring security of your customers and business.

Perhaps your IT department need access to download the latest SecurePay software and documentation? Or your Financial Controller may need access to print transaction reports or search for individual transactions in the system? Individual usernames and passwords may be set up to access only the required features of the site, while the administrator password will have access to all areas at all times.
